I was dammmmmmm tired and once the lecturer gave us 15mins, i decided to get myself a Cola-Cola® and it really kicked in i must say!! sorry hf for aiming you. really2 sorry. and so this is what i did.
We had alot of spare (free) sch mag and i took one of them, roll it(to replace the straw) and make one into a ball (to replace the tissue), and VIOLA! as shown above. have a look below sorry ah poor quality hp 2mp one. so useless that you cant see the ball.

Incase youre wondering, he really said "cb" (i sensored here you see) and something2 which i cant hear cos i was really2 laughing as if the room is ours! So do try it! if you have a lecturer who doesnt mind
