"This particular police officer is tightening up security at 859 due to complains they got from numerous residents while on a door to door visit with the MP and police officers.
Apparently, the whole Jurong HQ knows about our RC. He also claimed that its a Senior Citizen corner, not Resident, not youth. People are complaining about noise and litter. Police HQ also gets frequent complain calls on our location.
Therefore, this officer will take note of every particulars he gets from THE AREA. Meaning not only rc but the seats around it, including stage as he pointed out after we questioned him. if he subsequently get our particulars from his rounds, he will take us in for questioning due to the urination litter and noise. There on, will be our own fight with the law/court etc.
He's just doing his job as he is in charge of the area. There has been too much complains being heard by the police and MP. That is why all this is happening."
RC, our meeting place, the place where we eat, spend time with each other, shared our laughter and tears, where we meet up to spend the day, where we made friends, collect knowledge, share interests, relieve stress, the one true public place where we can sit down and feel comfortable, a second home of us Jacks cos we ourselves are like a family. Its been 4 years. We've seen many changes there and many people around. We even made friends with the residents there. I know we can still use that place during the day but wth? things happens at night.
We could have been mischievous here and there but to be honest, we do not vandalise, find fights, merely waste time away and stuffs like that. That's what differentiate us from those guys slacking at your void decks. That sentence may be harsh but that's what I know is true about us.
